Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy. We do not accept returns after this time has elapsed. All returns will be accepted and a refund or exchange offered if items are returned unopened with packaging and seals intact or in the event of damage (pending investigation).

A return can be started by contacting our customer service team at contact@mumtazpremium.com. Our team will ask for proof of purchase and photographic evidence in case of damage. We will then provide you with a return address and details on how to return.

Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred when  returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Where the value of your return exceeds £50, please consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for missing returns.

Refunds & Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging.

In the event of damage to item(s). Before we can offer a refund or exchange, we will ask that you send photographic evidence to allow us to investigate. Pending the investigation, we will then contact you to inform you of the outcome. If relevant, a replacement or refund will then be issued.

Where an exchange is offered, please allow for the relevant delivery time, depending on your delivery postcode.

In case of a refund, a credit of the refund amount will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow for 5-10 working days for this to reach your account before contacting us.
