Orders & Tracking

Products are sold exclusively at www.mumtazpremium.com

Once an order is placed, please allow one to two business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

Unfortunately we are not shipping overseas. But, we are working on this. Be the first to know when we do by signing up to our newsletter

Shop is a shopping destination and delivery tracking app that's available to customers on iOS, Android, and on the web. Customers can use the Shop app to track packages, discover new stores and products, make purchases using Shop Pay.

Please remember that only discounts provided directly by Mumtaz Premium are valid.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you would like to cancel your order please email: order@mumtazpremium.com with your order number and email used for placing the order.

Orders cannot be cancelled if they have been dispatched and sent out for delivery.

Please note cancelling your order may incur a restocking fee of £5
