Delivery Information:

We deliver to all postcodes in Mainland UK (please see below for exclusions)

 

Standard Delivery:  £5.89 on Order below £50.

Free Delivery:  On Order over £50.

 

 

Our Cut-off point: 1pm Monday to Friday and 11:30am on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed after 1pm on will be processed during the next working day.

When to expect your delivery

When you place your order with us, it can take up to 2 working days to process, once processed and dispatched you can expect to receive your delivery the next working day (Please note we do not offer weekend deliveries and do not dispatch on weekends). We will keep you informed about the status of your order through the whole process and where a delay is anticipated, we will always contact you to keep you informed.

You will be notified when your order has been dispatched. Once the order is with our courier partner, they will contact you with a tracking number and estimated time slot for delivery (usually next working day).

 

How you will receive your order

All items in your order will be packed with care and precision to ensure your items reach you intact and in great condition. Please note, on the rare occasion, where packaging may have been damaged during transit, the courier will be held liable.
