We are Mumtaz
Mumtaz Khan arrived in the UK in 1972, motivated by the goal of supporting his family. He learnt to cook under his mother’s watchful eye, inheriting her passion for cooking and commitment to using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients.
Mumtaz proudly opened his first 4m x 3m kitchen in Bradford in 1979, which quickly became a national establishment. The humble restaurant served her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, members of the Royal Family, and numerous dignitaries from around the world. The product in your hand is a tribute to the love and devotion Mumtaz has poured into his culinary craft, bringing people together for almost 50 years. Enjoy!
